Claims: Damaged/ lost goods; claims must be received in writing (or email) within 7 days from receipt.

Delivery: Prices, where quoted, exclude delivery costs and this shown in the box to the right. There is a £9.99 minimum charge and a further charge for heavier items - this will be calculated in your basket as you shop.

Returns: due to the perishable nature of our plants, please contact the nursery within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return. Shipping will be charged at cost to the customer.

Force majure: Silk Tree Nurseries accept no responsibility for delay, loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond their control.

Internet:   As a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order if you so wish. You can also reject goods supplied if you are not satisfied.

Quantities : Prices where quoted are per single item or set if stated.

Changes : Every effort will be made to supply the exact quantity ordered, but in the event of overs/ unders the invoice will not be subject to discount or compensation.
